Young Scottish midfielder Billy Gilmour has completed a move to Brighton for a fee of £9m in September 2022. Maatsen, who had loan spells in League One and the Championship before a brief stint at Borussia Dortmund, impressed during his time at Chelsea with 201 minutes of Premier League football.
